For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no showcases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave are two biggest caves I had came in my life. The stalactites inside the cave were so beautiful. I prefered the landscape in Phong Nha cave more, it was drier, I tried to scream in the cave, wow the sound was so loud back.

Our guide told that there are many caves in Phong Nha-Ke Bang, but we just visited two among them. They were both beautiful and large. Tour guide was so fun and he loved to joke to us. What an interesting trip!!!

One day tour with many beautiful places and interesting activities. This was the first solo trip in my life ever, so I prepared so carefully for this trip. The tour was so much of fun. Worth the money!!!

I almost skipped caves all together, since I’ve seen my share of caves. I am sooo happy I went to Paradise Cave My Apple heart health clocked 28 floors up and close to 10000 steps, so it’s not suited for the physically impaired. But if you are fit it’s sooo worth the effort. The lighting is done very tastefully in white light, highlighting the dimensions of the incredible stalactite and stalagmite formations that took thousands of years to grow. A sturdy boardwalk leads 1 km deep into the cavernous cave. The temperature was very pleasant and cool, no thick jackets necessary.

Both caves are amazing! We got a great time inside the cave, it was different compared to other caves we had seen before. The more we went inside, the larger the caves were. There was a large lake inside the cave, we were so surprised about that. Worth a try!!
