For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

On arrival at Noi Bai airport, Pickup and transfer to hotel. Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, is one thousand year old city with green lakes, French styled buildings, old quarter streets, brightly painted temples and pagodas .The evening is welcome drinks followed by the tour briefing. Overnight in Hanoi.

A full day sightseeing tour of Hanoi includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closes on Monday and Friday morning. And closes during October), the One Pillar pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the Ethnology Museum. The afternoon we enjoy cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter. The performance of Hanoi's water puppet is not to be missed this evening. Overnight in Hanoi.

Upon leaving Hanoi's bustling streets, we will depart through the spectacular countryside to Hoa Binh (90 km). On the way we make stop to visit Thay pagoda, in a tranquil setting of lakes and mounts. Overnight in Hoa Binh.

The stunning mountainous scenery and simple lifestyle of the Thai hill tribe people are a highlight of Mai Chau although conditions are very basic. We spend a full day trekking around Mai Chau valley. Overnight in Mai Chau.

Halong bay boasts one of Vietnam’s most impressive scenic sights. After a short transfer from the town, we embark on a cruise out to explore the world natural heritage dotted with some thousands of rock formations. Along the way we will anchor for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and a seafood lunch. Overnight in Cat Ba.

The primeval forest and the tranquil town make Cat Ba island one of Vietnam’s delightful places. We spend a half day to visit the national park, the central market and the fishing port. The reminder of today is free to relax on a beach.

A friend and I chose to the do 13 day tour of Northern Vietnam and it was amazing. We chose the 4 star route and our accommodations were more than luxurious. The tour guides were all very funny, nice and knowledgeable! The food was great and the guides took us to lots of places we wouldn’t have thought to go on our own - everything turned out wonderful. The company itself was very helpful at all hours of the day as we needed last minute transportation arranged late in the day and they did everything for us no problem. Would highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Vietnam!

What an amazing tour! It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the planning of the tour - the organisation was excellent and the activities and day to day of the tour really flowed. It really felt like a trip of adventure, discovery and exploration. People on the tour were so friendly. Each family at the home stays were ready to welcome you into their home, sit around the table to feast and share a shot or two of rice wine! Excellent tour, highly recommend.

My husband and I had booked a 13-day trip through north Vietnam and from the first email I contacted, staff answered quickly and with complete professionalism. She was excellent at everything she did. When we arrived in Hanoi, the driver and the tour guide welcomed us warmly. They were very thoughtful and knowledgeable about their country and the beautiful places we visited

It was a great trip. They organized well. I was picked up and dropped off on time with the smiling driver. New and comfortable hotel. Our guides were knowledgeable, experienced and so friendly. I had a lot of memories during the trip!!!
